Haryana Government transfers 18 IAS officers

CHANDIGARH, FEB 19
The Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 18 Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers with immediate effect.
            Sudhir Rajpal, Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department now goes as Principal Secretary, Cooperation Department relieving Alok Nigam of the said charge. In his place, Shyamal Misra has been posted as Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department. Shyamal Misra will continue looking after his earlier assignment as Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation Department and Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi. He was also holding the charge of Managing Director HAFED which has now been given to Ashok Kumar Yadav, Director General and Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment in addition to his present duties.  
            Ankur Gupta, Director General and Secretary, Higher Education and State Project Director, State Higher Education Council (ex-officio) in Higher Education Department under National Higher Education Abhiyan Scheme has been posted as Principal Secretary, Printing and Stationery Department relieving Vijai Vardhan of the said charge.
            Anurag Rastogi, Director General and Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Departments has been posted as Principal Secretary, Environment Department and Monitoring and Coordination Department relieving Avtar Singh and Rajbir Singh of their said charges respectively. Arun Kumar Gupta, Labour Commissioner, Secretary, Labour Department, Director General and Secretary, Industries and Commerce and Mines and Geology Departments has been posted as Director General and Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Departments. Arun Kumar Gupta will also look after the work of Director General and Secretary, Mines and Geology Department.
            Sandeep Garg, Director General and Secretary, Technical Education Department has been given the additional charge of Director General and Secretary, Tourism and Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation relieving Mrs Sumita Misra of the said charge.
            Abhilaksh Likhi, Director General and Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs and Languages and Grievances Departments has been given the additional charge of Director General and Secretary, Hospitality Department relieving Mrs Sumita Misra of the said charge.
            S. K. Goyal, Director General and Secretary, Industrial Training Department has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Home-I Department and Secretary office of Lokayukta vice Chander Shekhar.
            Vijayendra Kumar, Director General and Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department and Managing Director, HARTRON has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department relieving Chander Parkash of the said charge.
            D. Suresh, Managing Director, Haryana Minerals Limited, New Delhi and Secretary, General Administration and Administrative Reforms Departments has been posted as Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon, Special Commissioner, Health and Nutrition, Mewat Area, Gurgaon and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency relieving Rajeev Ranjan of the said charge.
            C. R. Rana, Director General and Secretary, Food and Supplies and Managing Director, CONFED has been given the additional charge of Labour Commissioner and Secretary, Labour Department vice Arun Kumar Gupta.
            Rajbir Singh, Secretary, Secretariat Establishment, Monitoring and Coordination Cell and Defence Departments and Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board has been posted as Secretary, Secretariat Establishment and Defence Departments and Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board. He has also given the additional charge of Secretary, General Administration and Administrative Reforms Departments vice D. Suresh.
            Shyamal Misra, Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation Department and Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and Managing Director, HAFED has been posted as Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department vice Sudhir Rajpal. Mr Misra will also look after the work of Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation Department and Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.
            Rajeev Ranjan, Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon, Special Commissioner, Health and Nutrition, Mewat Area, Gurgaon and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency has been posted as Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak and has also given the additional charge of Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar relieving D. P. S. Nagal of the said charge.
            W. S. Goyat, Registrar, Cooperative Societies has been posted as Managing Director, Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited in addition to his present duties relieving Pankaj Agarwal of the said charge.
            Balraj Singh, Special Secretary, Public Works (Building and Roads) and Architecture and Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department and Director, Renewable Energy has been given the additional charge of Director General and Special Secretary, Higher Education Department and State Project Director, State Higher Education Council (ex-officio) in Higher Education Department under National Higher Education Abhiyan Scheme vice Ankur Gupta.
            Chander Shekhar,  Special Secretary, Home-I Department and Secretary office of Lokayukta has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Development and Panchayats Department and Director and Special Secretary, Rural Development Department against vacant posts.
            D. K. Behera, Additional Secretary, Home-II Department and Joint Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections has been given the additional charge of Director General and Additional Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department vice Arun Kumar Gupta.
