Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal today launched e-Sewa portal of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure development Corporation (HSIIDC) in the presence of Industries Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu. The Chief Minister, while launching the e-Sewa portal informed that with this initiative, Haryana has taken a giant leap towards achieving the vision of Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi of Digital India and Ease of doing business.
Capt. Abhimanyu, said that with the launch of web portal www.hsiidcesewa.org.in through the Integrated Payment Gateway the prospective entrepreneurs and allottees will able to deposit the payment in offline mode through challan (for payment via RTGS, NEFT etc.) or in online mode through payment gateway aggregator (for payment via net banking Debit card, Credit card etc.), for remitting various payments such as plot cost, Instalments, Maintenance charges, transfer fee, Leasing fee Water & Sewerage charges etc.
He said that the prospective entrepreneurs can submit the application containing details of the applicants, existing activities, undertakings, Project details, uploading of requisite documents through online mode along-with online payments through integrated Payment Gateway. The applicant can track or view status of application submitted to the Corporation. The facility to communicate through respective dashboard (applicant side and HSIIDC side) and through e-mails has been incorporated in the portal. The portal also contains the functionality to capturing the decisions at various levels for allotment of plot and generation of Regular Letter of Allotment and its acceptance.
The allottees can file the online application w.r.t. post allotment processes viz : Possession of plot, extension transfer, Leasing, conveyance deed etc. along with the requisite fees through online mode and can track or view status of application through their respective dashboard. The allottee can also view the ledger and outstanding dues. This portal will help in quick and time bound disposal of applications and requests.
The portal will benefit the Corporation for taking quick decision for allotment of plot, immediate credit of payments, generating of ledgers, Uniformity in implementing the policy related matters, Generation of MIS for monitoring and decision making and Digitized/electronic record of all allottees data, he added.
