Remuneration of Extension Lecturers hiked to Rs 25,000 pm

The  Haryana Government has decided to increase the remuneration of Extension Lecturers from Rs 18,000 per month to Rs 25,000 per month, thus benefiting about 3,000 such lecturers to the tune of an additional income of Rs 25.20 crore per annum by fulfilling their long standing demand.

          While stating this here today, Education Minister Mr Ram Bilas Sharma said that the Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal had approved a proposal to this effect.  The government is committed to further improve the quality of education at all levels, he added.

 JUNIOR ENGINEERS RESULTS: Haryana Staff Selection Commission has declared the final result for the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) and Junior Engineer (Civil) of Public Works (Building and Roads) Department.

          While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Commission said that the roll number and category wise result for these posts is available on the website www.hssc.gov.in.
