CHANDIGARH, JULY 2:
Haryana State Board of Technical Education has decided to conduct special examination for the students admitted up to 2015 batch having reappear in one or two subjects to clear diploma from July 21 to 29, 2018.
Giving details an official spokesperson said that this examination would be conducted for those students having reappears in one or two subjects so as to clear the Diploma for gainful employment or higher education.
He said that examination for ten subjects would be conducted. As per schedule, the exam of Applied Maths would be conducted on July 21 in the morning shift, Theory of M/c and Steel Structure Design would be conducted on the same day in the evening shift. The exam of Environmental Education would be held on July 22 in morning shift, Inspection and Quality Control and Digital Eltx and Microprocessor in the evening shift, Applied Chemistry – II in the morning shift and CNC Machines and Automation exam would be held in the evening shift on July 28, Applied Maths –II in morning shift and Quantity Surveying and Valuation in the evening shift on July 29.
He said that students of all polytechnic admitted upto 2015 batch would be eligible for this examination to clear their diploma, whereas the students admitted in 2016 and 2017 batches are not eligible for this special examination. The examination forms would be submitted by students to their respective institution from July 17 to 19 which would be uploaded on portal of the Board by the institution by July 19 upto 5 pm.
He said that the examination centres for this special exam would be established only in Government or aided polytechnic. There would not be any provision for rechecking or revaluation of this exam as this is special exam. The concerned students need to contact their respective institution for exam and for special classes in these subjects, he said.
