Haryana CM Hooda allocates porfolios

Chandigarh, Nov 7 On the recommendations of the Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, portfolios have been allocated to the newly constituted Council of Ministers today.
Capt. Ajay Singh Yadav will hold the portfolios of Finance, Planning, Institutional Finance and Credit Control, Irrigation, Forests and Environment.
Mr. Randeep Singh Surjewala will hold the portfolios of Water Supply and Sanitation, Parliamentary Affairs, Electronics and Information Technology, Science and Technology and Public Works (Building and Roads) Department.
Mr. Mahender Partap Singh would hold the portfolios of Power, Renewable Energy, Labour and Employment, Food and Supplies, Urban Local Bodies and Industries and Commerce.
Mr. Om Parkash Jain would hold the portfolios of Transport, Tourism, Civil Aviation and Hospitality. Mr. Paramvir Singh will hold the portfolios of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Fisheries and Cooperation.
Ms. Geeta Bhukkal has been given the portfolios of Education and Languages, Social Justice and Empowerment, Women and Child Development, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Health, Printing and Stationery.
Among the Minister of State, Mr. Shiv Charan Sharma will hold the portfolios of Revenue and Disaster Management(attached with Chief Minister), Consolidation and Rehabilitation.
Mr. Gopal Kanda has been given the portfolios of Home(attached with Chief Minister), Sports and Youth Affairs(attached with Chief Minister), Industries and Commerce(attached with Industries Minister). Mr. Sukhbir Kataria will hold the portfolios of Agriculture and Cooperation for which he would be attached with Agriculture and Cooperation Ministers.
The Chief Parliamentary Secretaries have been attached with Ministers holding the portfolios of various Departments so as to assist them in their functioning. Mrs.Anita Yadav will assist the Ministers holding the portfolios of Food and Supplies, Women and Child Development. Mr. Dan Singh will assist the Education and Excise and Taxation Minister. Mr. Dharambir Singh will assist Agriculture, Development and Panchayats Ministers and Mr. Jaivir Balmiki will assist Social Welfare Minister. Mr.Jaleb Khan will assist Revenue and Disaster Management and Employment Ministers. Similarly, Mr. Prahlad Singh Gillakhera has been attached with PWD(B&R) Minister. Mr. Ram Kishan Fouji has been attached with Ministers holding the portfolios of Health, Medical Education, Administration of Justice and Hospitality.
Ms. Sharda Rathore will assist the Ministers in the Departments of Technical Education, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs and Urban Local Bodies. Similarly, Mr. Sultan Singh will be attached with Irrigation and Transport Ministers.
The remaining departments, not mentioned above, have been allotted to the Chief Minister.
