Government Polytechnic for Women, Morni, district Panchkula has invited applications for admission to 3-year Hotel Management and Computer Engineering courses for the session 2010-11.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Polytechnic said that girl students who are bonafide residents of areas falling under the areas of Shivalik Development Board, Haryana were eligible for taking admission to these courses. In case no suitable candidates were available from Shivalik Development Board, seats would be filled up from girl students who were bonafide residents of Haryana State.
The admissions would be granted on the basis of merit DET-2010 examinations. In case no suitable candidates were available from DET-2010, merit in qualifying examination would be considered, he added.
The spokesman said that application forms could be obtained free of cost from the institute on any working day. Forms were also available at institute's website www.mornigpw.org. Duly filled in application forms along with all relevant documents should be submitted to the Principal of the institute by July 15, 2010.
