The biggest Industrial Park developer of China “China Fortune Land Development Company Limited” (CFLD) has evinced keen interest in developing industrial parks in Haryana and also mobilizing investment through various other Chinese companies.
This offer was made by a delegation of CFLD led by its President Mr. Meng Jing Zhao, who called on Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal here today. The delegation also invited the Chief Minister to visit China.
The Chief Minister assured the delegation of all support and cooperation of the State government for developing industrial parks in the state. He said that recently the State Government has implemented its new Enterprise Promotion Policy-2015 with an aim to ensure ease of doing business. He assured fast track approval to the Chinese companies who intended to invest in Haryana.
The delegation appreciated the Haryana Government for providing an investment friendly atmosphere in the state and assured the Chief Minister of their active cooperation in ensuring the maximum participation of leading Chinese companies in the Investors Meet scheduled to be held at Gurgaon from March 7 to 9, 2016 to make it a big success. He apprised the Chief Minister that many leading companies of China are intended to invest in Haryana in the areas of Information Technology, e-commerce, manufacturing and solar energy.
The Chief Minister also directed the officers of Industries department to remain in touch with the representatives of CFLD for further talks.
Mr. Meng Jing Zhao apprised the Chief Minister that the company has so far developed 2600 square kilometer area in industrial, commercial and residential sectors. He informed that during the last 12 years the company has registered financial revenue increase from 19 million US Dollars to 650 million USD.
Industries Minister Capt. Abhimanyu, Chief Secretary Mr. D.S. Dhesi, Principal Secretary Industries Mr. Devender Singh, OSD to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupeshwar Dayal and other senior officers of Industries Department were also present in the meeting.
