Haryana Govt transfers 16 IAS and 4 HCS officers

The Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 16 IAS and four HCS officers with immediate effect.
Sudhir Rajpal, Principal Secretary, Cooperation, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation, vice Vineet Garg.
        Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary, Environment, Monitoring and Coordination, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Cooperation, in addition to his present duties, vice Sudhir Rajpal.
        Vineet Garg, Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, vice Ashima Brar.
Sandeep Garg, Director General and Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board, Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation, has been posted as Secretary, Home-II, and Joint Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections Commission, relieving Geeta Bharti (HCS) of the said additional charge.
Arun Kumar Gupta, Director General, Town and Country Planning, Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates, Director General and Secretary, Mines and Geology, has been posted as Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation, in addition to his present duties, vice Sandeep Garg.
Pankaj Agarwal, Director and Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies, Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, has been posted as Registrar, Cooperative Societies, vice Vijay Singh Dahiya of the said charge.
Vikas Gupta, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies, Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, vice Pankaj Agarwal.
Vijay Singh Dahiya, Registrar, Cooperative Societies, and Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation and Director and Special Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs, relieving Jagdeep Singh of the said additional charge.
Amneet P. Kumar, Director and Special Secretary, Women and Child Development, Managing Director, Women Development Corporation and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, has been posted as Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board, vice Sandeep Garg.
T.L. Satyaprakash, Chief Vigilance Officer, HUDA, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon and Special Officer for the ‘Happening India-Investors Meet’ to be held in February, 2016, has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, in addition to his present duties, vice Vikas Gupta.
Ashima Brar, Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Women and Child Development, Managing Director, Women Development Corporation and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, vice Amneet P. Kumar.
Phool Chand Meena, Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Faridabad, has been posted as Managing Director, Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd. (Sugarfed), vice Hardeep Singh (HCS).
Vivek Atray, Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula, and Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board, Panchkula, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce, in addition to his present duties, vice Sandeep Garg.
Anshaj Singh, Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Gurgaon has been posted as Director, Science and Technology, relieving Apoorva Kumar Singh, of the said additional charge.
Garima Mittal, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Palwal, has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Faridabad, vice Phool Chand Meena.
Vijaykumar Siddappa Bhavikatti, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Hisar, has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Fatehabad, in addition to his present duties, vice Rajesh Jogpal (HCS).
The four HCS officers who have been issued transfer and posting orders include Hardeep Singh, Managing Director, Federation of Sugar Mills Ltd. (Sugarfed) who has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Gurgaon, vice Anshaj Singh.
R.S. Verma, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Mahendragarh at Narnaul, has been posted as Special Secretary, Science and Technology against a vacant post and ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Mahendragarh at Narnaul.
Yashendra Singh, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurgaon, against a vacant post.
Rajesh Jogpal, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Fatehabad, has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Palwal, vice Garima Mittal.
