Haryana reopens Meri Fasal Mera Byora Portal

  Chandigarh, Dec 18

The Haryana Government has reopened the registration on Meri Fasal - Mera Byora Portal so that the farmers can register the details of their Rabi crops namely wheat, mustard, gram, barley, sunflower and fruits-flowers and vegetables etc.
Sharing more information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that all the farmers must get their crops registered by December 31 by visiting the Atal Seva Kendras located in their villages.
Farmers themselves can also register their crops by visiting http://fasal.haryana.gov.in. Parivar Pehchan Patra IDs are mandatory for the registration of crops.
AE KRISHAK AWARD: Haryana State has been awarded the Agri-Entrepreneur Krishak Ratan Award-2021 for the Best Initiative in Risk Management and Brand Development (Har Hit Stores).
The Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Sh. Parshottam Rupala presented this award to the Haryana Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister, Sh. JP. Dalal during Progressive Agri Leadership Summit-2021 held at Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Nauni-Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni-Solan and Sikkim State Co-operative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (IMFED) jointly organised Progressive Agri Leadership Summit-2021 which has brought all stakeholders on a single platform. The aim of the summit was to share ideas and strategies for achieving the national goals of agriculture, doubling farmer's income, and sharing valuable experiences.
GRAMIN BASTI YOJANA: Under the 'Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojana' in Haryana, facilities of paved lanes, electricity and water pipelines have been provided in the colonies where 10 percent or more families have built their houses on the allotted plots. Under the Jal Jeevan Mission, pipelines are being laid for water supply in the remaining areas.
 This information was given by the Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr  Dushyant Chautala here today.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that under the 'Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojana', plots of 100 square yards each were allotted to the Scheduled Castes, Backward Castes and BPL families in the villages where suitable Shamlat land was available by the Gram Panchayat. He said that in the colonies where 10 percent or more families have built their houses on the allotted plots, the facilities of paved lanes, electricity and water pipelines have been provided.
He further informed that the Gram Panchayats whose land has been used for allotment of plots, is given to those Panchayats at the rate of Rs. 10,000 per acre per year, which is Rs. 15 crores every year for the entire State.
Mr Dushyant Chautala informed that land was available for plots to be given to the poor in 4882 villages of the State and 5.268 lakh families were given benefits under the said scheme.
