Haryana Directorate of Medical Education and Research has notified that admission to government and private unaided Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) and General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) courses in the State against 100 per cent seats for the academic session 2017-18 would be conducted by the Haryana Nurses and Nurse Midwives Council.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Directorate said that the admission to government and private unaided MPHW(M) Training Schools in the State against 100 per cent seats for the academic session 2017-18 would be conducted by the Directorate, following the State Government reservation policy.
He said that the detailed online prospectus and list of valid government and private schools along with seat matrix have been made available on web portal www.merhryadmissions.in .
As per the admission schedule, online applications would be accepted from August 12 to 31, 2017. The first round would commence with declaration of allocation on September 6, and admissions, reporting to the allotted school and deposition of fee would be carried out fromSeptember 7 to 12.
The second round would commence with declaration of allocation on September 15, and admissions, reporting to the allotted school and deposition of fee would be carried out fromSeptember 18 to 22.
In the spot round, online applications would be received on September 25 and 26, declaration of allocation would be done on September 28, and admissions, reporting to the allotted school and deposition of fee would be carried out on September 29 and 30.
He said that Haryana domicile was mandatory for applying to this course and the minimum age for admission was 17 years on or before December 31, 2017. The maximum age for admission would be 35 years and age relaxation would be applicable as per Haryana Government policy. The candidate must have cleared Class X plus two examination in any stream.
Offline applications would not be accepted. Institutions have been directed to admit candidates by September 13 for round one, by September 23 for round two and September 30 for round three. Further time would not be provided for admitting candidates online or for generation of registration numbers separately, he added.
