The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited online applications for allotment of residential plots in Industrial Growth Centre (IGC), Saha in district Ambala.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of HSIIDC said that total 218 plots of different sizes are available for allotment.
He said that these included 79 plots measuring 450 square meters, 74 plots measuring 312.50 square meters and 65 plots of 200 square meters. In case of corner plot, allotment price would be 10 per cent higher than the rate applicable for other plots and this condition is applicable only in the cases where allotment is made through draw of lots.
He said that the allottees of industrial plots of IGC, Saha and any other legal entity competent to enter into contract are eligible for these plots. In case the number of applications is less than the number of plots offered for each category or size of plots then only the applications would be considered for that particular category or size of plots that is preference would be given to the allottee category.
The spokesman said that allotment would be made by way of draw of lots separately for each category of plots that is allottee/general category and for each size separately. In case the number of applications for any category are more than plots offered then the allotment would be made through e-auction mode that is highest bidder would be considered as successful bidder for allotment of the plot. He said that the Corporation may without assigning any reason withdraw any or all the plots from allotment procedure at any stage and is not bound to accept any application or the highest bid or any or all bids even if they are above the reserve price. HSIIDC reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the bids or cancel or postpone the e-auction without assigning any reasons thereof in case the allotment is made through auction mode. He said that for any further clarifications, the intending parties may contact the offices of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation, Sector 6, Panchkula and HSIIDC Office, Industrial Growth Centre, Saha.
CONVERSION OF RESIDENTIAL PLOTS: Haryana Government has decided to grant another three months time for submission of applications for conversion of residential plots for commercial use and regularization of such illegal conversions in rehabilitation schemes, town planning schemes and improvement trust schemes located within municipal limits.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Urban Local Bodies Department said that the owners of the residential plots or commercial establishments falling in the Rehabilitation Schemes, Town Planning Schemes and Improvement Trust Schemes may now apply for conversion or regularization of their residential plots or illegal commercial establishments into commercial purpose within three months.
