The Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (HARTRON) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CSC E-Governance Services India Limited for setting up CSC Academy, which will be responsible for meeting the training-related needs of the CSC-ecosystem and the masses in the rural areas of the state.
. Under the MoU, CSC E-Governance Services India Limited would establish CSC Academy to impart training and HARTRON would put in place a cooperative arrangement for offering online education courses offered by CSC Academy and HARTRON through CSC network.
It will also facilitate outreach of government services through CSCs and provide a monitoring framework for collaborative decision-making processes with state designated agencies (SDAs) and service centre agencies (SCAs).
The other objectives includes catalyzing and maintaining content aggregation on an ongoing basis to enable government functioning through CSCs, facilitating G2C service readiness, monitoring the outcomes being achieved by the CSCs, building capacity of all stakeholders, facilitating deployment of services and engaging SDA, SCA and village level entrepreneurs.
