CHANDIGARH, NOV 9
As many as 4000 youth hailing from
district Rohtak, participated in the second day of Open Recruitment of Army
held in Brigadier Hoshiar Singh Stadium, Bahadurgarh. Out of them, about 370
youth have cleared physical efficiency test and has entered next phase.
While
stating this today an official spokesman said that much zeal and fervor was
seen in the youth regarding their recruitment in Army. He said that recruitment
of youth from district Jhajjar, Rohtak, Sonepat and Panipat was
being carried out in Bahadurgarh. He said that on the November 12 and 13,
recruitment of youth from district Panipat and district Rohtak respectively
would be carried out. On November 10 and November 15, youth belonging to
district Sonepat and on November 11 and 14, youth belonging to district Jhajjar
would be recruited. The recruitment for the youth belonging to Panipat had
already been conducted on November 8, 2013 and today the youth belonging to
Rohtak were recruited. He said that these recruitments are being carried out
for the posts of constables (general duty), constable clerk
and constable store keeper.
He
said that recruitment of ex-servicemen of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana except
from those hailing from district Palwal, Faridabad, Gurgaon and Mewat would be
done for Raksha Seva Core. It is mandatory for the ex servicemen to get their
names registered in the concerned recruitment office, he added.
