Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda visited
Haryana Pavilion at India International Trade Fair, IITF-2013 in Pragati
Maidan, New Delhi. He appreciated the displays and presentations by various
departments and agencies, as per the theme Inclusive Growth of the Fair.
Mr Hooda visited all the floors of the Pavilion to see
the presentations and products displayed at various stalls. He was accompanied
by Principal Resident Commissioner of Haryana Mr P.K. Mahapatra, Administrator
of TFAH Mr Anand Mohan Sharan, Director General, Information, Public Relations
and Cultural Affairs Department Mr Sudhir Rajpal, Managing Director of Haryana
State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation (HSIIDC) Mr Tarun
Bajaj, Media Advisor to the Chief Minister, Mr Shiv Bhattia and a number of
other officers.
Mr Hooda showed keen interest in the products of domestic
use like inverters, honey, herbal products, soya products, modular furniture,
solar water heaters and solar energy equipments. He also commended handicraft
work of the artists in the pavilion.
Mr Hooda also took keen interest in the model of Rajiv
Gandhi Education City and the innovative products of the Manav Rachna
International University, including ‘Pick N Place Robot’.
Later talking to media persons, Mr Hooda said that
Haryana has made commendable progress in social, cultural and economic fields,
which has been adequately presented at the Haryana Pavilion, as per theme
Inclusive Growth of the Fair.
