Flat or property owners will no longer have to visit offices of Estate Managers of the Haryana Housing Board as it is going to make its seven services online very soon. This will not only eliminate the corruption but will also make the delivery system paperless and hassle-free.
While stating this here today, Chairman of the Board, Mr Jawahar Yadav said that services like issue of No Objection Certificate or duplicate allotment letter, conveyance deed, No Dues Certificate, conveyance deed through general power of attorney, transfer of property in case of sale or death and mortgage or de-mortgage of property would become online as all these services have already been certified after obtaining approval from the government. These services were also being connected with SARAL portal.
He said that Board had also launched a new project ‘Plot Property Management’ to facilitate its allottees. Under this, property files of 30,000 allottees have been uploaded and verified so far and work on remaining was in progress. This facility would soon be made online so that allottees could easily get all information pertaining to their property by sitting at their homes.
Mr Yadav said that Board is also going to launch new schemes for providing affordable houses to people belonging to economically weaker sections.
He also congratulated the officials of the Board for implementing the online system and also for the initiatives undertaken by them to improve the services for reaching out to all allottees.
CM EXPRESSES SHOCK OVER DEATH OF 13 STUDENTS: The Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal, has expressed deep grief and shock over the death of 13 school-going children in an accident at a railway crossing in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, and conveyed his heart-felt condolences to the bereaved families.
In a condolence message issued here today, Mr Manohar Lal said, “The death of innocent children is heart-breaking. My heart goes to the families who have lost their young ones. I pray to God to give strength to the bereaved familes to bear the irreparable loss. May their souls rest in peace.”
Thirteen children died and six others suffered injuries when the school van in which they were travelling was hit by a train at a railway crossing in Kushinagar, today.
SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR PWD AND ESP: The Haryana Government has decided to launch a special recruitment drive for Persons with Disability (PWD) and Eligible Sports Persons (ESP) in case of direct recruitment posts in Group D.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of General Administration Department said that all the Administrative Departments have been asked to send requisition of PWD and ESP in Group D (except for posts of Sweeper, Chowkidar and Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar) to Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
He said that in case of PWD, the 4 per cent horizontal reservation would be computed cadre wise on basis of total number of posts in the cadre minus existing PWD strength. However, in case of ESP, the requisition would be prepared cadre wise at rate of 10 per cent of total vacancies in each cadre. Both the requisitions that is for PWD and ESP vacancies could be sent to Haryana Staff Selection Commission by April 30, 2018, he added.
NON-OFFICIAL MEMBERS NOMINATED: The Haryana Government has nominated non-official members of District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committees of Jhajjar, Sonepat and Kaithal.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that Mr Ram Avtar, Mr Prince Dhanwal and Mr Ankush Mittal have been nominated as non-official members of District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committees of Jhajjar, Sonepat and Kaithal respectively.
HARYANA HEALTH CARE WORKERS BOARD: Haryana Government has constituted Board of Haryana Health Care Workers to carry out the provisions of the Haryana Health Care Workers Act, 2004, with immediate effect.
Dr. Rishipal Saini, former Member of Board of Ayurvedic and Unani System of Medicine, Panchkula has been appointed Chairman of the Board. A proposal to this effect has been approved by the Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal.
CLEANLINESS MONTH: Haryana Health Minister, Mr. Anil Vij said that April month has been celebrated as Cleanliness Month to control vector borne diseases in the state under which inspection of more than one lakh places have been carried out in the state.
During this period, about 90 per cent of total 3,742 water booster pumps were checked and chlorine was added to 2,870 pumps. Apart from this, 99503 roofs of houses, schools and hospitals were cleaned and gambusia fish were released into 311 drains to kill larvae spreading diseases such as malaria and dengue.
NAGAR GETS ADDITIONAL CHARGE: Mr Anil Nagar, HCS, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Chandigarh has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Haryana Safai Karamchari Ayog and Secretary, Kesh Kala and Kaushal Vikas Board, against vacant posts.
NEERJA SEKHAR POSTED: Haryana Government has posted Mrs Neerja Sekhar, awaiting orders of posting, as Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department relieving Mr Anil Kumar of the said charge with immediate effect.
