Now, verification of certificates of job applicants will be done online in Haryana. Besides, results of all examinations from 2004 to 2017 will also be made available online while results of the examinations held before 2004 are being digitalized.
Disclosing this, a spokesman of the Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani, said here today that the Board had taken several measures to make its working strong, reliable and transparent.
No fee would be charged in case of departmental verification but private organizations would levy the charge. After complete digitalization of records of results, teachers and students will not be required to come to the Board to obtain them.
He said for verification of certificates, every department would be given a code so that verification could be done from anywhere.
Efforts are being made to make online evaluation of the upcoming examination of D.L.Ed Secondary and Senior Secondary (academic, re-appear, open school) July 2018. This would help expedite declaration of results.
The spokesman said candidates wanting duplicate certificates would be able to get them online. They would be able to get all these facilities through the Common Service Centres from home, which would save their time and money.
The Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal, would inaugurate Saral portal on April 14, under which 353 services would be offered, including online services related to the board.
In future, Global Positioning System (GPS)-based examination centres would be set up to keep vigil on the centres. Report has been sought from the 404 flying squads formed during the recently concluded annual examinations about sensitive and hyper sensitive examination centres. On the basis of this report, necessary steps would be taken by the Board before setting up centres, he added.
CASHLESS MODE PAYMENT: Haryana Government has decided that the service providers or agencies would make payment of wages of persons engaged in various categories under Part-I of Outsourcing Policy through cashless mode.
While giving this information today, an official spokesman said that they could make payment only by way of account payee through cashless mode like RTGS, Electronic wallet. No payment would be made in cash or through cheque and bank draft. This would ensure timely disbursal of wages, he added.
He said that it had also come to the notice that the departments do not clear the payments of service providers within the first week of the concerned once and therefore, the service providers also delay the payments of persons so engaged by them.
He said that the concerned departments, boards, corporation, local bodies and autonomous units would ensure that the service providers submit their bills within two or three days of the close of the billing month and the concerned DDOs would clear the said payments before the 7th of the month, positively. In case, the DDO defaults in clearance of payment of service providers, his own salary for the concerned month would be delayed, he added.
