The Haryana Government has issued transfers and posting orders of 11 IAS officers with immediate effect.
Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora, Chief Secretary, General Administration, Personnel, Training, Parliamentary Affairs, Administrative Reforms Departments and Secretary Incharge of Plan Coordination has been given the additional charge of Chief Secretary, Vigilance Department, relieving Navraj Sandhu of the said charge.
Navraj Sandhu, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Vigilance and Fisheries Departments has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments. She has also given the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare and Fisheries Departments.
Dhanpat Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Housing Department.
Trilok Chand Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Power and Employment Departments, Works related to implementation of C.M. announcements, Additional Chief Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department, Member Secretary, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority and Additional Chief Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Department has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department, vice Dhanpat Singh.
Mahavir Singh, Principal Secretary, Labour Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, School Education Department, relieving P.K. Das of the said charge.
Ankur Gupta, Principal Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department. He has also been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Technical Education Department.
Vineet Garg, Managing Director, Haryana Power Generation Corporation and Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal has been posted as Principal Secretary, Labour Department, vice Mahavir Singh. He has also been given the charge of Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal.
Mohammed Shayin, Managing Director, Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Power Generation Corporation, relieving Vineet Garg. He has also been given the charge of Managing Director, Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd.
Vinay Singh, Secretary, Forests Department and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram has been posted as Secretary, Forests Department. He will also be Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar vice Jai Krishan Abhir, HCS.
Garima Mittal, Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Development Corporation, Managing Director, Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam Limited has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Smart City, Faridabad.
Amit Khatri, Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram and Chief Executive Officer-cum-Secretary, Haryana Smartgram Development Authority has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, relieving Vinay Singh of the said charge.
CCSHAU CHAIRMAN: Haryana Government has appointed Dr Jagbir Singh, District Extension Specialist (Animal Science), Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar as Chairman, Board of School Education, Bhiwani on deputation basis from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar.

Gireesh Narang, APOD has been promoted to the post of Deputy Superintendent. Sushila, Distribution Assistant has been promoted to the post of APOD. Deepika Sharma, Sales Manager has been promoted to the post of Distribution Assistant. Rajesh Yadav, Cashier has been promoted to the post of Sales Manager. Jot Ram, Assistant has been promoted to the post of cashier.
