The Haryana Cabinet toda gave its approval to the amendment in the Haryana Police Service Rules, 2002 with a view to prescribe the qualification for the post of DSP for Cyber Crime Cell.
As per amendment, two newly created post of DSP for Cyber Crime Cell will be filled up through direct recruitment by Haryana Public Service Commission by inviting applications of candidates who possess qualifications of B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks from a recognised university and should have Hindi / Sanskrit upto matric standard,
provided that in case the degree is awarded after adopting distance mode of education, it should have been approved by the Joint Committee of University Grants Commission-All India Council of Technical Education-Distance Education Council.
It is clarified that the officers appointed as DSP for Cyber Crime Cell shall maintain their seniority alongwith other DSPs appointed under Haryana Police Service Rules, 2002 and shall be eligible for further promotion on their turn subject to their service record. They will be governed by Haryana Police Service Rules, 2002 and all other rules and regulations which are applicable to the DSPs of General
Cadre will be applicable to them.
The Haryana Government today decided to abolish the condition of promotional training mentioned in the Haryana Health Department Multipurpose Health Supervisors and Multipurpose Health Workers Group ‘C’ Service Rules, 1984.
A decision to this efect was taken by the Haryana Cabinet, which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda.The Cabinet gave its approval to the amendment in the Haryana Health Department Multipurpose Health Supervisors and Multipurpose Health Workers Group ‘C’ Service Rules, 1984. As per
amendment in the qualifications for the post of Multipurpose Health Supervisors and Multipurpose Health Workers (male and female), the existing qualifications “Hindi up to Matric” has been changed to “Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric”.Similarly, in the definitions in Sub Rule (a) of Rule 2(i) of the Principal rules “Board” means the
“Subordinate Services Selection Board”’ is to be replaced with “Commission” means the “Haryana Staff Selection Commission.”
