Around 200 students from various schools of the tricity and cities like Japiur,
Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Patiala, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Mohali etc. were
skillfully trained by various professionals during the 5th Hallmark
Summer Camp in dance, music, art 'n' craft and ramp modelling, etc.
They ablazed
the stage of Yavanika Open Air Theatre with their cultural extravaganza
"Navrang-2012' on June 14, 2012 with choreographies and music melodies. An
exhibition showcasing the li'l images of pottery, imaginarium, artful antics,
finger puppets, doodles, toon tango, illustrations, shapy wonders, texture art,
etc. caught the eyeballs of all visitors at Yavanika. Ramp walk on the theme
'Summer Fest' mesmerized everybody with creative costumes designed with flowers,
fruits, vegetables, umbrellas, coconuts, leaves, straws & cocktail
umbrellas, etc.
Various dance numbers on bollywood songs, classical dance
performance-Yakshgana and music melodies
on 'Top of the World, Waka- Waka & Jugni' with live orchestra by students made
the audience sway their heads.
Tavleen Singh, Music
Director, Producer, Rap Artist & Audio Engineer from Ludhiana, Punjab, was
the Chief Guest of the occasion. G.D. Singh, the official Rapper at T.A.V.
Tunes, spellbound everyone with his rocking rap performance. Jivtesh Garg-
Director-Hallmark and Kavita Wadhwa-Principal concluded the show with a
commitment to keep setting benchmarks for others in education while unleashing
the potential of children.
