CHANDIGARH, MAY 21
The Haryana Government has banned the posting and
transfer of Officers and Officials who are engaged in the ongoing Municipal
General Elections in the State as per the directions of the State Election
Commission of Haryana.
While giving this information here today, an official
spokesman said that State Election Commission had declared the Municipal
General Elections to Municipal Corporations Ambala, Panchkula, Karnal, Panipat,
Hisar, Rohtak, Yamuna Nagar, Municipal Committee, Kalanaur (Rohtak), Farukh
Nagar (Gurgaon), bye elections in Ward No. 3 of Municipal Council, Narwana,
district Jind and Ward No. 7 of Municipal Committee, Gharaunda, district
Karnal, the poll of which will be held on June 2, 2013.
