Website to facilitate delivery of 36 citizen services

The Haryana Government has launched a website namely www.jansahayak.gov.in to facilitate time bound delivery of 36 citizen services as identified by the Administrative Reforms department.
          While giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that the website has been launched with an objective of readiness for enactment of Right to Service Act, to cover all citizen centric services under prompt service delivery in a phased manner, to simplify form and procedures for hassle free delivery of services in a transparent and time bound way and to switch over delivery of services from manual mode to electronic mode gradually.
          These 36 services included issue of New Ration Card, Issue of Ration Card on receipt of surrender Certificate, Issue of Duplicate Ration Card, Inclusion of family member name in Ration Card, Deletion of family member name in Ration Card, Change of Address with same Jurisdiction, Change of Address including change of FPS, Issue of Surrender Certificate, Issue of SC Certificate, Issue of BC Certificate, Issue of OBC Certificate, Issue of resident or Domicile Certificate, Issue of Tapriwas or Vimukt Jaati Certificate, Issue of Income Certificate, Issue of Rural Area Certificate, Registration of Property or Land, Sanction of Mutation of Land, Providing copies of Land Records, Issuance of Learner’s Driving License, Issuance of Permanent Driving License, Renewal of Driving License, Issuance of Duplicate Driving License, Endorsement of New Class in Driving License, Issuance of Conductor License, Registration of New Vehicles, Transfer of Ownership, Issuance of NOC, Issuance of Duplicate R.C, Release of New Electricity Connection,   Release of temporary Electricity Connection, Enhancement of Electricity Load, Providing New Water Connection, Providing of Sewerage Connection,  Issuance of Birth Certification, Issuance of Death Certificate and Approval of Building Plans.
          He said that for delivery of citizen services as well as authorities for receiving complaints for non delivery of services, Administrative Reforms Department was declared as owner or State Nodal Department for the ‘JANSAHAYAK’ web portal.
