Govt College Badli to be named after Late Dheerpal

CHANDIGARH, MAY 26

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today announced that the Government College, Badli would be named after late Ch. Dheerpal.  He said that Ch. Dheerpal had dreamt for the development of this area and he (Mr. Hooda) would make all out efforts to ensure the development of this region at all level.

          Mr. Hooda was speaking after paying floral tributes to Ch. Dheerpal at his condolence meeting held at village Badli today. Ch. Dheerpal was passed away on May 16, 2014. He represented the Badli assembly constituency five times and also remained Minister in the Haryana Government.

          Mr. Hooda said that good deeds and values of an individual works as a motivation for the future generations and Ch. Dheerpal had the same kind of personality. He said that throughout his life, Ch. Dheerpal worked for the development of society and his area. Mr. Hooda condole the members of   bereaved family and prayed the almighty to give them strength to bear this irreparable loss. The Chief Minister said that when he was in opposition, he got an opportunity to work with Ch. Dheerpal in Vidhan Sabha. He dedicated his whole life for the development of his area and never worked with the sense of vendetta.

          Former Chief Minister, Mr. Hukam Singh, Mrs. Shweta Hooda, wife of Member of Parliament Mr. Deepender Singh Hooda, Haryana Sports Minster Mr. Sukhbir Singh Kataria, MLAs namely Mr. Raghubir Kadian, Mr. Naresh Sharma, Mr. Sampat Singh, former  MP Jyoti Mirdha, Mr. Ramsawroop Janbaaz, Mr. Anand Sagar and other dignitaries were also attended the condolence meeting.
