The Haryana Health Department has issued online transfer and posting orders of 482 doctors including 42 Senior Medical Officers and 440 Medical Officers under its online transfer policy.
While stating this today, Health Minister, Mr Anil Vij said that it was for the first time that such a system has been adopted for the transfers which have been made on the basis of rationalization and online applications submitted by the doctors. The list of transferred doctors has been uploaded on department’s website www.haryanahealthnic.
He said that transfers have been made without any bias or discrimination. Also, before making these transfers, the online transfer policy was uploaded on the website to get feedback and suggestions were considered while making transfers.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY ON SEPT 13: Haryana Government has notified that September 13, 2016 shall be observed as a Public Holiday on account of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakr-Eid), instead of September 12, 2016, as notified earlier.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the decision to shift the holiday of Id-ul-Zuha had been taken as it was brought to the notice of the Government that Id-ul-Zuha would be celebrated on September 13. Therefore, now September 12 will be a working day and September 13 would be observed as a Public Holiday within the meaning of section 25 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
NABARD SANCTIONS 184 CR LOAN: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has sanctioned a loan of Rs 183.98 crore under Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) for Haryana.
While stating this here today, Public Works (Building and Roads) Minister Rao Narbir Singh said that the loan has been sanctioned for construction of three new bridges and construction as well as improvement of 26 roads in nine districts namely Panchkula, Yamunanagar, Jind, Gurgaon, Mahendergarh, Faridabad, Hisar, Karnal and Rewari. He said that the total length of these bridges and roads would be 186.21 Km.
Giving details of the new rural bridges, he said that one bridge would be constructed at a cost of Rs 7.8 crore in District Panchkula whereas two bridges costing Rs 21.96 crore would be built in District Yamunanagar.
While referring to the funds to be spent in different Districts, the Minister said that Rs 7.10 crore would be spent under the scheme for construction and upgradation of road in Panchkula, Rs 22.24 crore in Yamunanagar, Rs 17.92 crore in Jind, Rs 11.88 crore in Gurgaon, Rs 10.99 in Mahendergarh, Rs12.58 crore in Faridabad, Rs 27.74 crore in Hisar, Rs 13.28 crore in Karnal and Rs 30.49 crore would be spent in Rewari.
