Passenger three-wheelers exempted from paying penalty

The Haryana Government has exempted passenger three-wheelers from paying penalty on outstanding road tax and the owners of passenger three-wheelers could now pay arrears of road tax without any penalty by February 28, 2014.

          While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Transport Department said that this exemption will be provided till February 28, 2014 and full  pending road tax would have to be paid with regard to passenger three-wheelers for availing this benefit.
