In view of the gazetted holidays falling on February 1, July 1, October 1 and November 1, 2017, the Haryana Government has decided that the pay and allowances, pensions and family pensions for January, June, September and October 2017 of all the gazetted and non-gazetted state government employees and pensioners would be drawn and disbursed on January 31, June 30, September 29 and October 31, 2017, respectively.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that a written communication to this effect has been sent to all Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers (Civil) and the Registrar, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
4 SENIOR AUDITORS PROMOTED: Haryana Government has promoted four Senior Auditors of Local Audit Department to the post of Resident Audit Officers. They have been posted against vacant posts.
Pritam Singh, Head Office, Panchkula has now been posted at Municipal Council, Thanesar.
Raj Kumar Wadhwa, Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani has been posted at Municipal Council, Rewari.
Sameer Vats, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar has been posted at Municipal Council, Fatehabad.
Monika Katoch, Head Office, Panchkula would remain at her present place of posting.
Apart from this, Charanjit Singh, Resident Audit Officer,awaiting posting, has been posted in Municipal Committee, Shahabad
CERTIFICATES FOR D. ED. The certificates for D.Ed. examination July, 2016 conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana, will be distributed in the offices of District Education Officers concerned from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on February 3, 2017.
While stating this today, a spokesman of the Board said that the heads of institutions should ensure collection of these certificates themselves or through authorised employees.
26 LICENCES OF DEPOT HOLDERS CANCELLED: Licenses of 26 depot holders have been cancelled and security amounting to over Rs 2.41 lakh of 10 dealers has recently been forfeited.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Haryana Food and Supplies Department said that essential commodities were being provided to the people through 9,270 fair price shops located in urban and rural areas, near industrial units, schools and hostels of students.
He said that out of the total fair price shops functioning in the state, 6,503 were located in rural areas and 2,767 in urban areas. As many as 77 fair price shops were located near industrial units and 22 fair price shops were near schools or hostels, he added.
He said that vigilance committees at fair price shop, block, district and State level have been constituted for ensuring transparency and proper functioning of the Targeted Public Distribution System and accountability of the functionaries in such system.
