Chandigarh, August 3
Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has expressed grief and
sorrow over the sad demise of Mr Dhirender Singh Pannu, Excise and Taxation
Officer (ETO), Panchkula.
In a condolences message
issued here today, the Chief Minister has expressed his sympathy to the
bereaved family and prayed that the departed soul might rest in peace.
Mr Dhirender Singh Pannu who joined service in the year 1985
was 52 year old and son of late Mr Hawa Singh Pannu, who was OSD to
former Haryana, Chief Minister. Mr Bansi Lal.
Mr Dhirender Singh Pannu is survived by his mother, wife, Mrs
Raj Pannu who is serving as Deputy Director in the department of Information,
Public Relations and Cultural Affairs, Haryana, two sons and a brother and his
family.
The
Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr K. K. Khandelwal, the
Director General, Information Public Relations and Cultural Affairs, Mr
Sudhir Rajpal, OSD Media, Mr K. V. Singh, Additional Media Advisers, Mr Sunil
Parthi and Mr Kewal Dhingra have also expressed grief over the sad demise of Mr
Pannu. His “Kriya” ceremony will be held at the temple of Sector 21,
Panchkula from 1pm to 2pm on August 11, 2013.
