Names of elected panches, sarpanches notified

The Haryana State Election Commission has notified the names of those persons, who have been elected to the offices of Panches, Sarpanches and Members Panchayat Samitis during the Panchayat Bye-elections held in the month of July, 2013. They will hold the office for the remaining period of the term for which the persons in whose places they have been elected would have otherwise continued to hold the office.
            In district Ambala, those elected to hold the post of Panch included Simar Singh, Raj Rani, Shimla Devi, Lachman Dass, Gurnam Singh, Jai Kaur and Pinki.
            In district Bhiwani, Randhir Singh had been elected as Sarpanch of Gothra and Kamlesh had been elected as such for Bhaini Thakran. Those elected to hold the post of Panch in the district included Chhaju Ram, Krishna Devi, Krishna, Shila, Pappu, Samer, Rajbala, Rajbir, Bhateri, Ratan Singh,  Sumitra Devi, Ramesh Kumar, Dharma, Dharmender, Asha Rani, Kitabo, Bedu, Sunil Sharma, Sushila Devi, Bakhtyari Devi, Suresh, Gaytri Devi, Bala Devi, Mahkade, Kaushalya and Rajesh Kumar.
            Similarly, in district Fatehabad, those who have been elected as Panch for different gram panchayat included Sushila Devi, Bimla Bai, Birender Singh, Asha Devi, Pappu, Kala Ram, Dalip Singh. Satpal has been elected as Member Panchayat Samiti for block Bhattu kalan. In district Gurgaon, those who have been elected as Panch included Sumitra Devi, Santosh, Hansraj, Mahender Singh and Rajinder.
            Virender Kumar has been elected as Sarpanch of village Mangali Mohbbat in district Hisar. Those who have been elected as Panch of different villages in the district included Heera Lal, Ram Singh, Sunita, Satyawan, Bimla, Kuldeep Singh, Prem Bimla Ramphal, Ajit, Dhoopa, Kelapati, Chameli Devi, Savitri, Mahender, Jasprit Kaur, Gopi Ram, Anar Kali, Janki, Mai Ram, Gaino Devi, Kaptan, Lachmi and Usha Devi.
            In district Jind, Pardeep, Rajesh Kumar and Anita Rani have been elected as Sarpanches of village Dalamwala, Surja Khera and Khapar respectively. Those who elected to the post of Panch in the village included Omal, Krishna, Anguri, Naresh Kumar, Rajo, Rajbir Singh, Usha Rani, Meena Devi, Kuldeep, Rani, Paramjit Singh, Beermati, Kamlesh, Santosh and Murti.
            In district Jhajjar, Lado, Krishna, Pooja Devi, Sunita, Sunder Devi, Angoori Devi, Sandeep Balbir and Manjeet have been elected to hold the post of Panch of different villages. Similarly, Gulab Singh has been elected as Sarpanch of village Bhagwanpur in district Kurukshetra. Jasbir Singh has been elected as Member Panchayat Samiti in Block Shahabad. Dharam Pal as Sarpanch of village Rawa and Tejpal, Rasam, Balbir Singh, Paro Devi, Vikram Singh, Sunita, Santokh Singh, Rajprit Singh, Gurmit Singh and Satpal have been elected to hold the post of Panch of different villages in the district.
            In district Kaithal, Inder Singh has been elected as Sarpanch of village Birthebari. Others who have been elected to hold the post of Panch in different villages included Anguri, Kuldeep, Satnam, Santosh Rani, Gaja, Krishan, Sohan lal, Krishan Devi, Suman, Kuldeep and Bedo.
            In district Karnal, Bahteri Devi, Jarnail  Singh,Rakesh, Leela, Raj Devi, Bittu, Jarnailo Devi, Bala Devil Dipali Sharma, Gurmeet Kaur, Jarnail Kaur, Sanjiv Kumar, Anger Singh, Mamjeet Kaur, Shankuntla, Suresh, Savitri Devi have been elected as Panches of different villages and Shayam Lal has been elected as Member Panchayat Samiti for block Gharaunda.  Similarly, Ajit Singh, Ombati, Suleman, Saddiqe, Parmeena and Mewa have been elected as Panch of different villages in district Mewat.
            In district Mahendergarh, Jai Pal has been elected as Sarpanch of village Khanpur whereas Subha Devi, Sunil Kumar, Manju, Mewa Devi, Rajesh Kumar, Kalawati, Sube Singh, Suba Devi, Saroj Devi, Deshraj Singh, Inderjeet, Bimla Devi,Reshmi, Urmila and Krishna have been elected as Panch for different villages. Likewise, Kamaldeen and Sheela Devi have been elected as Panch in district in Panchkula whereas Ganga Devi elected as Member Panchayat Samiti for block Morni.
            In district Panipat, Jai Bhagwan has been elected as Sarpanch of village Nimbri. Those who have been elected as Panches of different villages included Satwati, Krishana, Kavit Devi, Shanti, Roshani, Jyoti, Ishwar, Seema, Rajender Kumar, Jagbir, Sammo alias Shyamo, Rajwanti and Sunita.
            In Palwal district, Vijyalaxmi, Udhe Singh, Sarita, Ikram have been elected as Panch of various villages. Similarly in district Rewari, Puran Singh has been elected as Sarpanch of village Odhi whereas Santra, Sanju Kumar, Sampati, Krishana, Babita, Prem Devi, Parwati, Ashok, Santosh, Bala Devi, Santra Devi,Santosh, Rajesh Kumar, Phulli and Maha Singh has been elected to hold the post of Panch of different villages.
            In district Rohtak, Jai Bhagwan, Ajay Kumar, Sadhu and Anita have been elected as Sarpanches of villages Khidwali, Bahu Jamalpur, Sample and Bhainsru Khurd respectively. Those who elected to hold the post of Panch in the district included Poonam, Suman Devi, Satyaparkash, Kelapati, Chhatar Singh, Satyawan, Santro, Pinki, Pawan Kumar and Roshni.
            In district Sonipat, Jagbir, Meena and Rohtash have been elected as Member Panchayat Samitis of block Mudlana. Similarly, Nanhi, Lakhmi, Ompati, Kanwarbhan, Kuldeep, Krishna, Bohti, Guddi and Kunal have been elected as Panch of different villages in the district.
            Similarly, Gurpreet Singh has been elected as Sarpanch of village Biruwalgudha and Shyam Lal of village Chattergarh Patti in district Sirsa. Those elected as Panch of different villages in the district included Binder Kaur, Raja Singh, Bharat Singh, Santosh, Mehar Chand and Sajana.
            In district Yamunanagar, Bhim Singh and Jyoti Ram have been elected as Sarpanch of villages Manakpur and Teha Brahamnan respectively. Those elected to hold the post of Panch in the district included Kirana Devi, Krishna, Sudesh, Kusam Lata, Kamla Rani, Gurvinder Kaur, Mahindro Devi, Raj Kumari and Banglai Ram.
