Contract remuneration of computer professionals increased

The Haryana Government has increased the contract remuneration of computer professional of various categories by Rs 2000 per month who are engaged in various departments, boards and corporations through Haryana Informatics Limited (HIL). Apart from this, female employees engaged on contract basis in these categories would be entitled for maternity leave as per instructions issued by the State Government.
          While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that increased remunerations would also be applicable to the Data Entry Operators engaged by the District IT Societies subject to their fulfilling the prescribed qualifications and their qualifying the computerized test conducted by HIL or Hartron.
He said that the monthly remuneration given to Data Entry Operators (DEO) has been increased from Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000. Similarly, the monthly remuneration for DEOs with more than four to seven years of contract service has been increased from Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 11,000 per month and for those who have completed more than seven years of contract service would be given Rs. 12,000 per month instead of Rs. 10,000.
          He said that the monthly remuneration given to DTP Operators has been increased from Rs 11,500 to Rs 13,500. The monthly remuneration for Junior Programmer, Junior Data Analyst, Networking Assistant and Web Designer has been increased from Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 15,000. Those Junior Programmer, Junior Data Analyst, Networking Assistant and Web Designer who have completed more than four to seven years of contract service would now get Rs. 17,000 as against Rs. 15,000 per month and those who have completed more than seven years of contract service would be given Rs. 18,000 per month instead of Rs. 16,000.
          He said that Programmer, Data Analyst and Networking Engineer being given monthly remuneration of Rs. 16,000 would now be given Rs. 18,000. The monthly remuneration for Programmer, Data Analyst and Networking Engineer who have completed more than four to seven years of contract service would now get Rs. 20,000 as against Rs. 18,000 per month. The monthly remuneration being given to System Analyst has been increased from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 27,000 whereas Senior System Analyst would now get Rs. 28,000 instead of Rs. 26,000. Deputy General Manager being given monthly remuneration of Rs. 32,000 has been increased to Rs. 34,000 whereas General Manager would get monthly remuneration of Rs. 57,000 instead of Rs. 55,000.
He said that these remunerations would be applicable from June 1, 2013 for a period of three years. Also, it has revised policy decision governing their service conditions. The revision in the remuneration has been made to neutrialise the impact of Dearness Allowance and annual increment admissible to regular employees, he added.
