CHANDIGARH, JULY 31
The Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said
that the State Government has urged the Central Government to give
Haryana a special package to deal with the drought like conditions
prevailing in the State.
The
Chief Minister was replying to the questions of media persons after
presiding over a function at village Sirasgarh in district Ambala.
Mr Hooda assured that he would not let the crops of the farmers wither away for want of water.
In reply to another question, Mr Hooda said
that a survey was being conducted to regularise the unauthorised
colonies and those fulfilling the prescribed norms would soon be
regularised.
