CHANDIGARH, JULY 3
Haryana Government has designated Mr B.M.
Bedi, Judicial Member of Haryana Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as an
appellate authority for the purpose of appeal,under Right to Information Act,
if any person does not receive a decision within one month or is aggrieved by a
decision of the State Public Information Officer.
He
has been designated with immediate effect.
