10 kg tumor removed from woman’s womb

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 20
 The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak has successfully operated upon a 44-year old woman and extracted a 10 kg tumor from  her womb. The operation continued for about 2-3 hours.
          While stating this today, a spokesman of PGIMS said that Vice-Chancellor, Pt. B.D.S. University of Health Sciences,Rohtak, Dr. S.S. Sangwan and Director, PGIMS, Dr. Chand Singh Dhull have congratulated Dr. Pushpa Dahiya and her team for the success of this operation. He said that the patient was in critical condition when she   consulted doctor about her problem. She was unable to walk. But after the operation she is   recovering fast.
