CHANDIGARH, JUNE 6
The Haryana Government in consultation with the Chief
Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court has appointed Mr. Justice Ripudaman
Singh Madan, former Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court as President, State
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula for second term up
to November 20, 2013 with immediate effect.
DIRECTIONS OF HoDs: The Haryana Finance Department has
directed all heads of departments to ensure prompt supply of records to the
Audit Parties and direct their officers and officials to extend full
cooperation to them.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Finance
Department said that that the departments have also been directed to appoint
nodal officers to ensure supply of necessary and requisite records and
information to audit parties in a time bound manner as and when they visit
their departments.
RN GHORELA APPOINTED: The Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker,
Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, has nominated Mr. Ram Niwas Ghorela, M.L.A to serve on the
Subject Committee on Food and Supplies as a special invitee for the remaining
period of the year 2013-14.
