Haryana Chief
Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today met Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna at Dehradun and assured all help for relief and rescue
operations of the people affected by the devastation. He left his
helicopter at the disposal of Uttarakhand Government for the relief operations.
While interacting
with the mediapersons there, he said that Haryana Government would soon
dispatch 50 thousand blankets for the affected people. On behalf of the people
of Haryana, the state unit of Pardesh Congress is also providing one Falcon Jet
Aircraft for relief operations, he added.
The Haryana Chief Secretary, Mr P. K. Chaudhery also met his counterpart in
Uttarakhand, Mr Subhash Kumar at Dehradun to discuss about the assistance which
could be extended by the state government in this hour of need.
