Reiterating his demand for a separate High Court for the
state, Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that he
would continue his efforts for a separate High Court for
the State till it is materialized. Mr. Hooda was interacting with media persons after the foundation stone laying
ceremony of office building of Haryana State Legal Services Authority in
Panchkula near here today.
In reply to another question Mr. Hooda said that Punjab and Haryana High Court
has been urged for trial of cases of crime against women through fast track
courts. When his attention was drawn towards Jyoti murder case, Mr. Hooda said
that police was investigating the case and law would take its own course and
those found guilty would not be spared at any cost.
On being asked about the building of HALSA, Mr. Hooda said that this building
would be completed in one year. With the setting up of this building would
facilitate the people in getting justice timely.
