Assured Career Progression pay structure for veterinary surgeons

 Haryana Government has revised the Assured Career Progression pay structure of the posts of Veterinary Surgeon, SDO (AH) and Deputy Director in Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department.

          While stating this here today, Finance Minister Mr. Harmohinder Singh Chattha said that as per modified or revised Assured Career Progression (ACP) pay structure, the Veterinary Surgeons, Group-B would get an entry level pay band of Rs.9,300-34,800 and a grade pay of Rs.5,400. Similarly, SDO (AH) Group-A would get an entry level pay band of Rs.15,600-39,100 and a grade pay of Rs.5,400 in pay band-3. After five years of regular satisfactory service, Veterinary Surgeon and SDO (AH) would get a pay band of Rs.15,600-39,100 and a grade pay of Rs.6,000 in pay band-3. After 11 years of regular satisfactory service after entry as Veterinary Surgeon or SDO (AH), their pay band would be Rs.15,600-39,100 and grade pay Rs.7,600. It would be limited to 25 per cent of the total cadre post in the categories of Veterinary Sugeon or SDO (AH) and Deputy Director. After 17 years of regular satisfactory service after entry as Veterinary Surgeon or SDO (AH), their pay band would be Rs.37,400-67,000 and grade pay Rs.8,700. It would be limited to 20 per cent of the total cadre post in the categories of Veterinary Surgeon or SDO (SH) and Deputy Director.

          Mr. Chattha said that the Government had also revised the pay scales of Ayurvedic Dispenser, Homeopathic Dispenser and Unani Dispenser in Ayush Department, PBX Operator in Agriculture Department and Basketry Instructor in Government Adult Blind Training Institute, Panipat, Social Justice and Empowerment Department.

          He said that Ayurvedic Dispenser, Homeopathic Dispenser and Unani Dispenser would get a modified pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.3,200. Earlier, they were being given pay scale of Rs.5,200-20,200 with grade pay of Rs.2,800. Similarly, PBX Operator in Agriculture Department would get a modified pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.3,200. He said that Basketry Instructor would get modified pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4,200.
