Haryana State Industrial
and Infrastructure Development Corporation(HSIIDC) has invited
applications for allotment of industrial plots in industrial estates at Rai,
Panipat and Yamunanagar.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of HSIIDC said that in
all 412 industrial plots would be allotted to the entrepreneurs. These plots
would be allotted keeping in view technical feasibility and economic
viability of their projects, background of the applicant, qualifications and
experience, marketing details, working results of existing operations or group
concerned. Their resource position, financial details, entrepreneurship
and performance would also be considered during the interview.
Out of the total plots, 150 plots would be allotted at industrial estate Rai,
130 at industrial estate Panipat and 129 at industrial estate
Yamunanagar, he added.
He said that 10 per cent of the total plots had been reserved for allotment
to non resident Indians and for units with 33 per cent or more foreign
direct investment in total investment. Two per cent plots had been reserved for
entrepreneurs with disability who are bonafide resident of Haryana. In case the
number of applications received was large vis-a-vis the plots offered for
allotment, the applications would first be shortlisted by a screening committee
of the officers of the corporation for final interview.
Applications complete in all respects with supporting documents alongwith
earnest money and processing fee could be submitted by August 31,2012.
