24 IAS and 1 HSC officers transferred in Haryana

The Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 24 IAS and one HCS officers with immediate effect.

          Mrs Shakuntala Jakhu, Additional Chief Secretary, Food and Supplies Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperation Department relieving Mr Krishna Mohan of the said charge.

          Hardeep Kumar, Principal Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs Department has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department relieving Mr R. R. Jowel of the said charge.

          Ram Niwas, Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and P.Raghavendra Rao, Principal Secretary, Development and Panchayats Department, Secretary, BAC and Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Haryana will swap their places of posting.

          Shashi Bala Gulati, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Cell for Proper Utilisation/Disposal of Government Property, Nodal Officer for monitoring the CM’s announcements and Monitoring and Coordination goes as Officer on Special Duty, Manpower Planning against a vacant post. She will also look after the work of Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board, Panchkula relieving Mr Vineet Garg of the said charge.

          T.C.Gupta, Director General and Special Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Departments becomes Principal Secretary, Food and Supplies Department vice Mrs Shakuntala Jakhu and Secretary, Cell for Proper Utilisation/Disposal of Government Property, Nodal Odficer for monitoring the CM’s announcements and Monitoring and Coordination vice Mrs Shashi Bala Gulati.

          Amit Jha, Transport Commissioner and Special Secretary, Transport Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Fisheries Department against a vacant post.

          S.N.Roy, Managing Director, Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd. and Special Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department.

          Avtar Singh, Director General, Technical Education, Haryana has been posted as Principal Secretary, Environment Department relieving P. K. Gupta of the said charge.

          Tarun Bajaj, Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam and Special Secretary, Power Department and Director General, Power Reforms, Haryana has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (HSIIDC) against a vacant post. He will also look after the work of Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation against a vacant post and Managing Director, Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation against a vacant post.

         Mahavir Singh, Director General and Special Secretary Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance Development Corporation Ltd., Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam, Director General, Employment, Haryana and Special Secretary, Employment Department has been posted as Director General and Special Secretary, Food and Supplies Department and Managing Director, CONFED Vice Mr. Rajbir Singh.

            Sudhir Rajpal, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon goes as Director General and Special Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs and Grievances, Haryana relieving Mr. Anand Mohan Sharan, of the said charge.             Mohinder Kumar, Secretary to Governor, Haryana and Director General, Medical Education and Research has been posted as Director General and Special Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment, in addition to his present duties vice Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav.

            Ashok Kumar Yadav, Director General and Special Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment and Special Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management-II Department goes as Managing Director, HAFED vice Mr. Anil Malik.
