CHANDIGARH, NOV 24
A Ph.D student namely Ms.
Poonam Kumari of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar
has been provided fellowship by Science and Technology Department of Government
of India.
While
stating this today, a spokesman of the University said that this
fellowship has been given under “Inspire” programme of the
department. During her Ph.D, she would be given Rs 16,000 per month and house
allowance. Also, she would a grant of Rs 20,000 annually.
He
said that Ms. Poonam Kumari is a Ph.D student of Botany and Plant Physiology
Department of Basic Science College of the University. He said that she would
do research on Amla under the guidance of Prof. Dr. J.K. Sanduja of this
department.
