HOPAS invites expression of interest

Haryana Overseas Placement Assistance Society has invited expression of interest for empanelment of experienced consultants for providing services to the Overseas Placement Bureau of the Society at Panchkula for work permits abroad and student visas.

While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that job expectation from empanelled consultant for work permit would be to identify foreign markets and having a database of companies engaged in hiring candidates. They are also expected to procure orders for the placement of candidates, impart  information of Oversea Employment Process alongwith immigration requirements like work permit,H1.They are also expected to provide guidance ,hold training and development programmes for the staff in the Bureau for identification of applicants and interview process.

He said that those applying for consultant should have knowledge of skilled labour requirements overseas and should be familiar with immigration procedures, have minimum five years experience in the line with clean record, experience in full cycle recruitment and placement procedures .They  must be registered with local Protector of Emigrant.

He said that for student visa the consultant should have knowledge of details of tie up with reputed internationally high ranking universities and colleges. They should have minimum five years of work experience in the line with clean record and full cycle knowledge of the work.

The interested candidates should submit their sealed offers giving their detailed credentials, projects of similar nature, executed vision to the Director, Employment-cum-Member Secretary Haryana Overseas Placement Assistance Society within 10 days, he added.
