Education Department invites online applications

The Haryana Department of School Education has invited online applications for filling up of various posts on contractual basis in 36 Aarohi Model Schools established in educationally backward blocks of the State.

          While stating this today, a spokesman of the Department said that initially these posts would be for one year, but  would be extendable on satisfactory service. These posts would be filled up by way of direct direct recruitment through the website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in by February 20.

         He said that  there were 17 posts of Principals out of which five would be for General Category, seven for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, three for Backward Classes, one for Ex-Servicemen and one for physically disabled candidate. He said that applications have been invited for nine posts of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), English, two posts of PGT Hindi, 10 posts of PGT History, 13 posts of PGT Political Science, 22 posts of PGT Economics, 10 posts of PGT Geography, six posts of PGT Sanskrit, four posts of PGT Biology and 13 posts of PGT Physics.

          He said that similarly, applications have been invited to fill up nine posts each of PGT Chemistry, Mathematics and Librarian, three posts of PGT Commerce, eight posts of PGT Urdu, six posts of PGT Punjabi, 12 posts of PGT Music, 27 posts of PGT Fine Arts and 21 posts of PGT Physical Education. He said that the applicants would have to bring printed copy of online form with necessary certification of at the time of interview and verification. The number of posts may increase of decrease and the department has the right to cancel or withdraw the advertisement, he added.

          He said that the prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview in the event of number of applications being large. The department might shortlist the candidates for interview The decision of the department in all the matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility of the candidate and mode and criteria for selection would be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence would be entertained in this regard, he added.
