Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar has started admission process for
various graduate and post graduate courses for academic session 2013-14 and has
also announced the dates of entrance tests.
While stating this today, a spokesman of University said that entrance test for
admission to four year BSc. (honors) Agriculture, MSc. Food Science and
Technology, Bio-informatics, Molecular Biology and Bio-Technology courses would
be conducted on June 8, 2013. Similarly, entrance test for six years BSc.
(honors) Agriculture would be held on June 23, 2013.
He said that admissions in other graduate and post graduate courses would be
done on marks obtained in qualifying exam (merit). Such courses included four
and six years BSc. (honors) Home Science and Agriculture, Agriculture
Engineering and MSc in Basic Science and Home Science. Admission in B.Tech
(Agriculture Engineering), MBA (General) and MBA (Agri-business) would be
carried out as per the state government policy.
He said that last date for submitting application for BSc. (honors)
Agriculture, MSc. Food Science and Technology, Bio-informatics, Molecular
Biology and Bio-Technology courses is May 14 and applications alongwith late
fee of Rs.200 would be accepted upto may 21. Similarly, applications for BSc.
(honors) Home Science courses would be accepted upto June 14 and applications
with late fee of Rs.200 for these courses would be accepted upto June 21.
Applications for other post graduate courses in which admissions would be on
merit basis would be accepted upto June 24. He said that applications could be
submitted upto July 1 alongwith of Rs.200 late free for such courses.
