Winter vacations in Haryana schools from Jan 1-15, 2019

CHANDIGARH, DEC 21
Haryana Government has declared winter vacations in all the schools across the State from January, 1 to January 15, 2019.
          While giving details, an official spokesman of the Directorate of School Education said that as mentioned in the Teachers Diary (2018-19), all the schools would have winter vacations from January 1, 2019 to January 15, 2019. Thereby the schools would re-open on January 16, 2019 (Wednesday).
          A letter to this effect has been issued from the Directorate of School Education to all the District Education Officers, District Elementary Education Officers, Block Education Officers, Block Elementary Education Officers of the State.
IAS, IPS, HSC TRANSFERS: Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of one IAS officer and one HCS Officer with immediate effect.
           Geeta Bharti (IAS), Special Secretary, Public Works (B&R) Department and Public Health Engineering Departments has been given  the additional charge of Director, Welfare of Scheduled castes and Backward classes,  Special Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled castes and Backward classes  Department, Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Development Corporation,  Managing Director, Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam Ltd., during the leave period of Praveen Kumar.
           Pradeep Kumar-I  (HCS) General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Jind has been posted as Additional Director(Admn) Secondary Education and Special Secretary, School Education Department.

Chandigarh, Dec 21: Haryana Government has issued posting and transfer orders of 2 IPS Officers with immediate effect.
          Arpit Jain has been posted as Assistant Superintendent of Police, Kharkhoda (Sonepat).
          Maqsood Ahmed has been posted as Assistant Superintendent of Police, (Rohtak).
VIDHAN SABHA SESSION: The winter session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha will commence on December 28, 2018 at 2 pm.
A decision to this effect was taken in the meeting of State Cabinet which held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal here today.
