With the concurrence of Governments of Andhra
Pradesh and Haryana, the Government of India has transferred the services of
Dr. Rajvant Pal Singh from Andhra Pradesh cadre to Haryana cadre with immediate
effect on the ground of extreme personal hardship on December 2, 2013.
Earlier the appointment committee of the Cabinet had approved the proposal of
the Ministry of Home Affairs for change of cadre of Dr. Rajvant Pal Singh (IPS,
AP85) to Haryana cadre.
Dr. Rajvant Pal Singh, who is working on deputation as Additional Director
General of Police, Operations, has already been working with Haryana Police
since February 2009. With this order of Government of India, Dr. Singh has been
permanently absorbed as an IPS Officer in Haryana Police.
