Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) would organise e-Auction of 11.76 acre free hold land at Vanijya Nikunj, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, on February 12, 2018.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Commission said that HSIIDC has been offering a great opportunity for commercial development on this land along with Transit Oriented Development Rights. The site is located in proximity of Ambience Mall, Trident Hotel, Oberoi Hotel, DLF Cyber Hub; opposite Rapid Metro Line and DLF Gateway Tower.
He said that the intending parties may visit the websites info@hsiidc.org.in, hsiidcsewa.org.in orhsiidc.haryanaeprocurement.
The spokesman said that a pre bid meeting would be held on January 10, 2018 at 2p.m. in HSIIDC office, Gurugram to address queries of intending bidders. Change in terms and conditions, if any, will be made within seven days and the revised bid document would be hosted on the website info@hsiidc.org.in and hsiidc.haryanaeprocurement.
