The 43rd Hero Honda Haryana Inter-District and Open Table Tennis Tournament will be organized from November 28 to December 3 at Jagadhari. Haryana Table Tennis Association (HTTA) secretary general M.P. Singh disclosed that entries for this state level prestigious tournament can be submitted to him before November 25.
Mr Singh said that state level championship would be organized at Chaudhary Devi Lal College, Jagadhari & about 300 players are expected to participate. In the six day long tournament, open & team championship matches for categories of Men, Women, Youth(under 21) Boys, Youth (under 21) girls, Junior Boys(under 17) Boys, Junior Girls (under 17), Sub-Junior Boys(under 14) Boys, Sub-Junior Girls (under 14), Cadet Boys(under 12) Boys, Cadet Girls (under 12) would be organised.
Haryana under the leadership of HTTA president Mr Ajay Singh Chautala, who is also Table Tennis Federation of India president, has made major strides in the field of TT and is now considered among the top TT teams of the country, said MP Singh.
