Chandigarh Literary Society (CLS) will organize ‘Haasya Kavi
Sammelan’ at Indradhanush Auditorium, Panchkula on July 27, 2012 at
6.30 p.m.
Giving
this information, Mrs. Sumita Misra ,President, CLS said that the
programme would feature famous poet , Mr Surender Sharma along with
other renowned poets like Mahendar Ajnabi, Ved Parkash Ved, Yusuf
Bhardwaj and two ladies namely , Dr. Sita Sagar and Ritu Goyal.
She
said that the invites would be available at British Library, The
Browser , sector 8 and English Book Shop in sector 17. The entry to the
programme would be free and no card would be required, she added.
She
said that CLS is a not – for-profit registered body and serves as a
network of creative minds to encourage literacy and creative writings in
this region by bringing together the writers, publishers, academia,
intellectuals, students and scholars. She hoped that the evening would
be of laughter-the perfect de-stressing.
