CHANDIGARH, JAN 28
The Haryana government has promoted two IPS officers to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police with immediate effect.
Those have been promoted included Mr Amitabh Singh Dhillon and Mr Sanjay Kumar. Mr Dhillon has been given proforma promotion due to his deputation with Central Bureau of Investigation.
The government also granted selection grade to Mr K. Venkata Ramana and Mr Rajender Singh, IPS officers.
