Facility to submit grievances online

CHANDIGARH, AUG 8
With a view to saving the aggrieved teachers from the hardship of visiting  the offices and to facilitate them, Haryana Education Department has created a subject namely "Grievance for Transfers 2016" on its "Sugam Sampark" portal where all such teachers may submit their grievances online.
        While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Department said that   under the Transfer Policy, the aggrieved teachers can represent to the competent authority within 15 days of issuance of orders, after joining at new place of posting. Their representation would be considered in accordance with the Policy, he added.
          The teachers would have to obtain Request ID after submitting their grievances "Online". In due course, the Department would intimate its decision to the concerned employee. He said  that such grievance should only be submitted under the subject "Grievance for Transfers 2016". Grievances lodged under other subjects may not be entertained properly.
He said that to visit the "Sugam Sampark Portal" the Teachers can visit the website of the Department www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in and click on "Sugam Sampark" link available on the righthand top of the website or directly at http://202.164.50.91/sh/
REGISTRATION OF INDIAN STUDENTS: The Haryana Education Minister, Mr. Ram Bilas Sharma, said that the Union Ministry of External Affairs has initiated the process of Registration of Indian students studying abroad,  so as to compile data of such students so that the Government would be able to advise them in   hour  of need.
          Mr. Sharma said that the Students Registration Module has been placed within Union Ministry’s ‘MADAD’ portal. He said that the data entered into this module in a voluntary manner by the Indian students abroad would provide useful inputs about the pattern of migration of Indian students globally, educational courses that they are registering in and related issues.
