Online leave submission and approval system in Human Resource Management System

CHANDIGARH, MAY 29
The Haryana Government has decided to implement online leave submission and approval system in Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to facilitate its employees. For this, the state government employees would have to apply online on employee portal http://intrahry.gov.in for leave application.
          While giving this information, an official spokesman said that all departments have entered data of their employees on HRMS, which included personal information of each employee like Service Book, Annual Confidential Reports, promotion, leave, transfer details and others. Now, it has been decided to implement online Leave submission and approval system through Intra Gr. Portal, with effect from April 1, 2019.
          He said that employee can submit any type of leave application online on the employee portal. Reporting officer can approve or reject the leave application on the same portal.
          He said that the system also has facilities of cancellation of leave and submission of joining report administration or establishment users can also submit the leave application on the behalf of employee through HRMS portal if employee is not able to submit his or her leave online. The detail procedure can be seen on “guidelines for filling up the Online Leave Management” on http://intrahry.gov.in.
          He said that Mr Sunil Bahal, Programmer in the office of Treasuries and Accounts Department and Mr Yashpal, Technical Director in the office of NIC, Haryana has been designated as State Nodal Officers for implementation of Online Leave Management. In case of any difficulty, the department could contact them on email: treasuries@hry.nic.in and Yashpal@nic.in.
DA ENHANCED FROM 9 TO 12 PER CENT: Haryana Government has decided to enhance Dearness Allowance payable to government employees from the existing rate of 9 per cent to 12 per cent of the basic pay, with effect from January 1, 2019.
          Giving this information, a spokesman of Finance Department said that the installment of Dearness Allowance payable under these orders would be paid in cash to all State government employees with salary for the month of June, 2019 to be paid in July, 2019.
          He said that the payment of arrears of enhanced Dearness Allowance for the month from January, 2019 to May, 2019 would be made in the month of August, 2019.
          A letter to this effect has been issued today by the Finance Department to all the Heads of Department, Commissioners of Divisions, Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers (Civil), the Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
The Haryana Government has also  decided to revise the Dearness Relief given to the Pensioners, Family Pensioners of the state government, from 9 per cent to 12 per cent, with effect from January 1, 2019.
Giving this information today, a spokesman of Finance Department said that a letter to this effect has been sent to all the Heads of Departments, Commissioners of Divisions, Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers (Civil) and the Registrar, General Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
