Transfer orders of nine IAS and 1 HCS officers issued

CHANDIGARH, MARCH 4 
Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of nine IAS officers and one HCS officer with immediate effect.
           Mr Amit Jha, Additional Chief Secretary Medical Education and Research, Advisor Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and Additional Chief Secretary Science and Technology Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Department and Advisor Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board.
           Mr Siddhi Nath Roy, Additional Chief Secretary Forests and Wild Life Department has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
           Mr Rajeev Arora, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and Additional Chief Secretary Health and Family Welfare Department has been given additional charge of Medical Education and Research Department.
           Mr Ashok Khemka, Principal Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Department has been posted as Principal Secretary Science and Technology Department.
           Mr Apoorva Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department has been given additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority.
           Mr Amit Kumar Agrawal, Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department and Nodal Officer, International Gita Mahotsav, 2018 has been given additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation Limited.
           Mr Wazeer Singh Goyat, Secretary Finance Department has been given additional charge of Director General, Development and Panchayats and Rural Development and Secretary Development and Panchayats Department.
           Mr Chander Shekhar, Secretary, Haryana Secretariat Establishment and Cooperation Departments has been posted as Secretary Haryana Human Rights Commission.
    Mr Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti, Director, Development and Panchayats and Rural Development and Additional Secretary Development and Panchayats Department has been posted as Additional Secretary Finance Department.
           Mr Mukul Kumar, HCS, Managing Director, Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishments.
           The orders regarding posting of Mr Jai Krishan Abhir, HCS will be issued separately.
YS SANDHU APPOINTED: The Haryana Government has appointed Mr Yadvinder Singh Sandhu, resident of Sardar Kulbir Singh Marg, NIT, Faridabad as Chairman, Haryana Yuva Aayog with immediate effect.
       It is worth mentioning that State Cabinet, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal here recently, approved the Haryana State Youth Policy with an aim to empower the youth of the state to achieve their full potential to facilitate all round development of the society. The policy aims at addressing the age-bracket of 15 to 29 years with a view to have more focused approach which is in line with the definition of youth provided in the National Youth Policy.
          The objectives of the policy are to create productive work force that can make a sustainable contribution to the state’s and India’s economic development. It also aims to develop a strong and healthy generation equipped to take on future challenges. The policy will instil social values and promote community service to build national ownership. It will facilitate participation and civic engagement at all levels of governance. It will also support youth at risk and create equitable opportunity for all disadvantaged and marginalised youth.
7 IPRLD OFFICERS TRANSFERRED: Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of seven officers of Information, Public Relations and Language Department with immediate effect.           
Mr Sahib Singh Godara, Deputy Director (DD), Hisar  will look after the work of District Information and Public Relations Officers  (DIPRO) Sirsa in addition to his present duties, Mr Neeraj Kumar, DD Film, Chandigarh, headquarter will also look after the work of DIPRO, Faridabad in addition to his present duties.
            Mr Amit Pawar, DIPRO, Charkhi Dadri  has  been given the charge of DIPRO, Hisar vice Mrs Paru Lata DIPRO, who has proceeded on Child Care Leave (CCL),  and her posting orders will be issued on her joining after availing leave.  
Mr Surender Verma, DIPRO Sirsa has been transferred to Chandigarh headquarter against a vacant post. Mr Rajesh Kumar AIPRO, Panchkula has been transferred to Chandigarh headquarter vice Mr Hardeep Singh AIPRO, who will also look after the work of DIPRO, Panchkula, in addition till the posting of regular arrangements.
            Mr Surender Singh, AIPRO, Bhiwani has been transferred to district  Charkhi Dadri  where he will also look after the work of DIPRO, in addition till the posting of regular arrangements.  
ADDITIONAL CHARGE: Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of two IPS officers and six HPS officers with immediate effect.
Alok Kumar Roy, IPS, Additional Director General (ADG), Haryana Police Academy, HPA Madhuban has been given the additional charge of ADGP, State Vigilance Bureau (SVB). Y Puran Kumar, IPS, IG Home Guards has been transferred as IG, HAP, Madhuban.
Vinod Kumar, HPS, AIG/ Admin has been given additional charge of AIG, Provisioning and Welfare in addition to his present duties. Vinay Partap Singh SP/PTC Sunaria has been transferred as SP, Fatehabad vice Mr Deepak Saharan, who goes as SP/ PTC Sunaria. Adarshdeep Singh, DSP Jind has been transferred as ACP, Faridabad, Mahesh Kumar, DSP Narnaul has been transferred as DSP, 4th Battalion, HAP Madhuban and Joginder Sharma, DSP Sirsa has been transferred as DSP, HIsar.
